With regard to the law and order situation in the state, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has given strict instructions that some incidents that happened in the past should be disclosed at the earliest. The state government is strict to control crimes.
In this sequence, the Director General of Police, Uttarakhand Ashok Kumar has given a 03-day ultimatum for the murder of a mining businessman in Kashipur, Udhamsinghnagar, dacoity in Doiwala and firing on policemen in Haridwar district.
He has said that if the above incidents are not disclosed within three days, the concerned police station in-charge and jurisdictional officer will be removed. Apart from this, he said that the Senior Superintendents of Police of the respective districts will also be considered as failures in crime control if the above incidents are not disclosed soon.
