Two years after Corona, the 8th International Yoga Day is being celebrated with full enthusiasm in the city of Yoga on Tuesday. On this occasion, a Yoga program was organized by the Department of AYUSH and AYUSH Education at Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh, in which Chief Minister Shri Pushkar Singh Dhami participated and performed yoga with thousands of people and encouraged every citizen of the state as well as the country towards yoga. Aware, to include yoga in the routine and gave the message of the importance of yoga.

Addressing the program, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that due to the visionary thinking of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Yoga has reached the people today. Looks like it’s getting completed. Today, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has taken Yoga to every corner of the world.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that to keep both bodies and mind healthy, benefits can be obtained by including yogasanas in regular routine. Yoga changes the direction and condition of the whole body as well as brings positive changes in life. The practice of yoga connects the body, breath, and mind. During this, Chief Minister Shri Dhami was rewarded with Ganga Award by Parmarth Niketan.
