At the same time, instructions have been given to demolish schools whose buildings are in a dilapidated condition. Along with this, a decision has also been taken to recruit more than 2300 guest teachers. Apart from this, it has also been agreed to fill the vacant Class IV posts in the schools. While, Chief Minister Dhami has given approval for recruitment to the posts of BRC and CRC. At the same time, alternative arrangements will be made for teaching in schools. This will ensure that classes are not interrupted during the medical, maternity, and child care leave of teachers and teachers.

In fact, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhamheldok a review meeting of the Education Department at the Secretariat today. In which education minister Dhan Singh Rawat along with top officials of the education department were present. Many significant decisions were taken at the meeting to improve the education system in Uttarakhand. As a result of the meeting, it was decided to visit the schools once a month to inspect the IAS and PCS officers.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that for qualitative improvement in education and other arrangements in schools, IAS, IPS, IFS officers and officials of the education department will inspect all the arrangements of schools from time to time. A roster should be made for this. Along with this, he directed that it should be ensured that the medical reimbursement of teachers and GPF payment after retirement is done on time.

Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that many big decisions were approved at the meeting chaired by the Chief Minister. A decision has been made to fill 100% of schools with teachers. On the other hand, for the posts for which teachers are to be promoted, instructions have been given to the officers to go to the districts and talk to teachers’ organizations. In the high schools and inter colleges where there is a shortage of science teachers, a decision will also be taken in the cabinet to fill them through guest teachers.

He said that the facilities which are provided to students studying in government schools, students studying in non-government schools will also get those facilities. Free shoes, bags, or books from ninth to 12th grade. All of these will be available to non-government school students as well as government school students. A target was also set to improve the board exam results. Along with this, all the schools which are in dilapidated condition will be improved.

Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat said that instructions have been given to the concerned authorities to update all the data in the portal. The school performance grading index scores will be used to calculate this data. Stringent action will also be taken against those who are negligent in this work. He said that the posts of spokespersons and senior spokespersons are running vacant in district education and training institutes, and they will have to be filled soon. All block education officers have also been instructed to inspect schools regularly.
