Uttarakhand government has given big responsibility to 13 IAS officers.
In fact, on the instructions of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Principal Secretary / Secretaries have been nominated as district in-charge for review of development works in all the 13 districts of the state and for necessary coordination between the government and the district.
