One of the beautiful plains of Uttarakhand, the Valley of Flowers has been opened for tourists today. Preparations were going on for several days to open it.

Now tourists will be able to see the beautiful scenery and different colors of flowers. The Valley of Flowers is also closed for 6 months in winter. It is opened for tourists every year in June. It’s summer vacation these days. Every year in this season lakhs of tourists from all over the country and abroad come to the Valley of Flowers.

The beautiful natural scenery here makes people crazy about themselves. Located in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, the Valley of Flowers is also called ‘Valley of Flowers’. UNESCO has declared it a World Heritage Site. The Valley of Flowers is located in the Chamoli district of the Garhwal region. It is surrounded by Himalayas on all sides. It is a national park, also known as ‘Valley of Flowers National Park’. The entire valley is rich in rare and exotic Himalayan flora.

More than 300 species of flowers are found here, including anemones, geraniums, primulus, blue poppy and bluebells. The most beautiful flower to see here is ‘Brahma Kamal’, also known as the state flower of Uttarakhand.
