In Uttarakhand, the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain till June 28. And on June 29, an orange alert has been issued for very heavy rains in seven districts of the state. Along with this, the district administration has been asked to be alert.
Director of the Meteorological Department Bikram Singh said that strong winds with a speed of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour can occur in other mountainous areas of Kumaon division.
