DEHRADUN: Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat on Wednesday released a handbook of his government’s achievements titled ‘Baatein Kam, Kaam Zyada’ to mark completion of three years of BJP-ruled government in Uttarakhand.
While thanking the people of the state for extending support to the government, CM Rawat said that his government is doing its best to meet the expectations of the people.
“On March 4, we took a decision to make Gairsain summer capital of Uttarakhand, which was the long pending demand of the people of the state. The second important decision was to establish Devasthanam Board for the management of temples in the state,” said CM Rawat.
The CM added that one of the most important decisions of his government was to start Atal Ayushman Yojana covering everyone in the state. “We have even done away with the mandatory provision of referral for treatment in a private hospital,” said CM Rawat.
Talking about the 2018 investors summit, CM said that MoUs worth Rs 124,000 crore were signed, out of which, investment of around Rs 21,000 crore has already been done in the state.
