The body of a 48-year-old man was found near Gandhi Chowk on Mall Road on Wednesday afternoon.
The victim has been identified as Bal Bahadur, a resident of Nepal. He was working as a daily wage worker in the town. The victim was residing at Sumitra Bhawan, near Gandhi Chowk.
According to police officials, the cause of the death appears to be cardiac failure. However, the body has been sent for post-mortem to ascertain the exact cause of death.
