When Naveen Semwal’s initial health deteriorated, he was taken to the Government Hospital located in Rudraprayag, his residence, after which he was referred to the Dehradun hospital, where he died during treatment. Naveen Semwal, a resident of Rudraprayag district, was running ill for some time. He breathed his last on Tuesday at the age of 44.
