With the end of June, the possibility of heavy rains has been expressed in the state. According to the Meteorological Department, there may be heavy rain in many districts of the state on June 29. For this, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert.

However, the Meteorological Department has predicted that the rain will continue from June 25 to June 28 and the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for those days. Districts for which Orange Alert has been issued for 29th June.

They include Dehradun, Tehri, Nainital, Champawat, Bageshwar and Pithoragarh districts. By the end of this month, more effect of rain will be visible on Kumaon region. Director of Meteorological Department Vikram Singh says that most of the districts of Kumaon have predicted heavy rains on June 29.

However, some of them also belong to Garhwal. At the same time, as soon as the Orange Alert is issued, now the Disaster Management Department has also been instructed to remain alert in view of this.
