Dehradun-: Raipur police station has arrested a smuggler with banned injections. The accuser used to supply banned injection in the school van. He used to bring this banned injection from Haridwar and sell it at expensive prices in Dehradun. Now the police is looking for the main suppliers.
SSP Ajay Singh said that on Tuesday, Raipur police station head Kundan Ram received information that a drug smuggler was bringing banned injections from outside districts and selling them to drug addicts at higher prices.
The police started searching for the accused. The police team saw a school van coming at DRDO, When the police stopped the van and searched it, 46 banned injections were recovered from the van. The accused has been identifies as Shubham Kumar, resident of upper Natthanpur Adarsh colony.
During interrogation, accused Shubham Kumar told that he is an electrician by profession, to fulfil his needs and live a lavish life, he buys banned injections from a person in Bahadrabad, Haridwar, which he sells further at an expensive price. To escape from the police, during supply, he gets a school van from his friend and then sell banned injections to drug addicts. Police have seized the van, while the van owner is also being interrogated.
