Bobby Kataria’s lawyer told that Bobby has also got bail. Kataria got bail on a surety of 25 thousand Bobby, despite taking B warrant twice, the Uttarakhand police could not present him in the court.
Let us tell you that on August 11, Dehradun police had registered a case but the police has failed to catch Kataria. Kataria surrendered in Delhi after which he was sent to Tihar Jail. He is also accused of threatening the Uttarakhand Police.

In the viral video, Bobby was openly seen drinking alcohol after stopping the traffic. The video became increasingly viral on social media on August 10. After which on August 11, on the orders of the DGP, Dehradun Kent Police had registered a case against him.
Since then he is on the run. The police was continuously raiding for his arrest but he could not get caught by the police.
