Transsion Holdings is set to launch a new smartphone under Tecno sub-brand later today. Called Tecno Spark Go 2020, the phone is already listed on Flipkart.
The Flipkart listing confirms a few important features of the phone. For instance, Tecno Spark Go will sport a full-screen display with a dewdrop like notch on the front. The phone is confirmed to come with a 6.52-inch full HD+ display.
Tecno Spark Go is also going to come with USB Type-C support and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Ahead of the official launch, Tecno has also hinted at a few features through a bunch of teasers on its social media handles.
That said, not much is known about Tecno’s upcoming smartphone. According to a recent Google Play Console listing, the phone will run on a quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage.
The new phone will join Tecno’s newer variant of Spark 6 Air which launched in India last month. Priced at ₹8,499, Tecno Spark 6 Air’s new model comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage space. The phone is available in Comet Black and Ocean Blue colour options.
Rest of the specs remain the same as the old version – 7-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1640×720 pixels, MediaTek Helio A25 processor and Android 10-based HIOS 6.2. The phone is powered by a 6,000mAh battery. It has an 8-megapixel selfie camera and a 13-megapixel triple camera with quad flash.
