Dr Disrespect returned to streaming Friday after a month of hiatus following his Twitch ban. His comeback stream took place on YouTube which was watched by over 500,000 people. Dr Disrespect did address the Twitch ban in this stream but yet again did not provide anything new.

Similar to what he said in his previous interviews, Guy “Dr Disrespect” Beahm said that he and his team still has no idea on why he was banned. Twitch hasn’t commented on the ban either other than saying that it took action since the user violated community guidelines.

“As far as I’m concerned, we didn’t do anything to warrant a ban, let alone how they went about banning us. No communication before, no reaching out, nothing,” Dr Disrespect said during his stream on YouTube.

The streamer also reiterated his previous statements on legal proceedings being worked out with Twitch. Dr Disrespect signed a multi-year deal with Twitch earlier this March. In his latest stream, he said that there’s “big money involved” in this matter. He added that he can’t divulge into details due to legal restrictions. It’s worth noting that the ban took place just two days after Twitch’s decision to take action on sexual assault allegations against its platform’s users. Dr Disrespect has so far denied this theory.

It seems like we’ll never know what really happened between Dr Disrespect and Twitch. The streamer appears to be back in form with his fans excited for his comeback. Dr Disrespect reportedly plans to explore other streaming options such as Facebook Gaming, and his own website as well. For now, there’s no exclusive deal reported between Dr Disrespect and YouTube
