Former Chief Minister and Congress candidate Harish Rawat is trailing in the early trends. Let us tell you that this time Harish Rawat has been fielded in Congress from Lalkuan.

The counting of eight rounds in Lalkuan has also ended. After the end of eight rounds, BJP candidate Mohan Singh Bisht got 35155 votes from Lalkuan while Congress candidate Harish Rawat got 23107 votes.

After the end of 6 rounds, Harish Rawat is trailing from Lalkuan. Former Chief Minister Harish Rawat has got 17108 votes so far. So, after six rounds, BJP’s candidate Mohan Singh Bisht has got 27074 votes.

Even after the fifth round of counting on Lalkuan seat, good news has not come out for the Congress. After the end of 5 rounds, BJP’s candidate from Lalkuan Dr. Mohan Singh Bisht is leading with 22767 votes. So the same Harish Rawat is in second place with 14151 votes.

He had contested assembly elections from Haridwar Rural and Kichha in the year 2017 and had to face defeat from both the seats. BJP has fielded Mohan Singh Bisht from Lalkuan, while two independent candidates are also in the fray. On one hand, Sandhya Dalakoti of Congress is contesting and on the other hand BJP’s rebel Pawan Chauhan is contesting.

Let us inform that after the first count, former Chief Minister Harish Rawat is trailing from Lalkuan seat. BJP’s Mohan Singh Bisht is leading from Lalkuan assembly seat. In this, Mohan Singh Bisht got 10,240 votes, while Congress’s Harish Rawat got 4861 votes. Total votes 16216.
