The Civil Services Result 2020 was released by the Union Public Service Commission on September 24. Shubham Kumar, a native of Bihar who studied at IIT Bombay, topped the exam. “I have been preparing since 2018. I could not believe the results today. I will perform with my fullest capacity in whichever position I’m assigned to,” said Kumar.
