Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, while addressing a public meeting on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Anta in Rajasthan’s Baran district, lauded PM Modi for creating a significant difference in the lives of the people with his schemes and initiatives.
“PM Modi has revolutionized the lives of people with schemes like Ujjwala Yojana, Ayushman Bharat Yojana, Mudra Yojana. He has also promised to increase the Rs 6000 per year amount that was given to farmers under the Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. The amount will now be Rs 12000,” said Vasundhara Raje.
Further lauding the Prime Minister, Vasundhara Raje took aim at Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and held him responsible for Rajasthan’s deteriorating condition.
“On one hand, PM Modi has led the nation towards rapid development, on the other hand, Ashok Gehlot and his corruption have put the state of Rajasthan on a backfoot in the last five years. Rajasthan is facing the maximum corruption in India at present,” Vasundhara Raje said.
“The Gehlot government has not only made records in corruption but also in crime against women, unemployment and paper leaks,” she added.
She further exuded confidence that Ashok Gehlot will be facing a record defeat in the state.
“His (Ashok Gehlot) promises are mostly promises but cannot be seen on ground reality. He forgets what promises he has made and makes new promises after that,” said Vasundhara Raje.
