National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the result of NEET UG exam (NEET UG Result 2022). Top 4 students have the same marks in NEET UG exam. These four students Tanishka, Vats Ashish Batra, Hrishikesh Nagabhushan Gangule and Rucha Pavashe have got 715 marks.

Apart from this, two girls have also made it to the top 5 of NEET UG. Of these, Tanishka, who is in the top 1 rank, is from Rajasthan, while Rucha Pavasheh, who is in the top 4, is from Karnataka.

A total of 9.93 lakh candidates appeared in this examination. The pass percentage of NEET UG was 56.28, which is almost same as last year. Four candidates have topped this year with a percentile score of 99.9997733.

However, unlike last year, the NTA did not jointly give him the first rank. Instead the National Testing Agency has adopted its new tie-breaker policy to give the first rank to Tanishka of Rajasthan.

After this, Delhi’s Vats Ashish Batra got second, Hrishikesh Nagbhushan Gangule third and Rucha Pavashe from Karnataka got fourth position.

Looking at the cut-off of NEET UG 2022, this time there is a fall in the cut-off for all categories. The cut-off in the year 2021 was 138 but this year it is 117 for general candidates, 108 for SC, ST and OBC candidates and 93 this year. In the year 2020, the cut-off was even higher, 147 for general candidates and 113 for reserved categories.
