A large number of applications have been received for the recruitment of Agniveers in the Indian Air Force under the Agneepath scheme.
According to the information given by the Indian Air Force, a total of 749899 applications have been received for Agniveer recruitment till the last date of application i.e. 5 July 2022.
Let us tell you that this is the largest number of applications received for any recruitment of the Air Force. In such a situation, it would not be wrong to say that a record number of applications have come for the Air Force’s Agniveer recruitment.
It is noteworthy that the application process for the recruitment of Agniveers in the Air Force started on 24 June 2022. Earlier, the Agneepath scheme was announced on June 14.
For recruitment, candidates had to submit the application by visiting the official website agnipathvayu.cdac.in. For which 12th pass candidates from Science stream were eligible to apply. Let us inform that through the Agneepath scheme, Agni Veers are being recruited in the Army, Navy and Air Force. Whose appointment will be of 4 years. After 4 years, 25% of the Agniveers will be made permanent. At the same time, 75 percent of the Agniveers will be retired.
A total of 3500 Agni Veers are to be recruited in the Air Force. Here the registration process for the recruitment of Agni Veers in the Army and Navy has started from July 1.
