Amidst the rising prices of crude oil in the global market, government oil companies have released new rates of petrol and diesel. Oil prices have changed in many cities of the country in the rate released on Tuesday morning.

Even today, government oil companies did not change the prices of petrol and diesel in all four metros of the country like Delhi, Mumbai, but its prices have changed in UP and Bihar.

In Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida-Greater Noida) district of UP, petrol has become cheaper by 11 paise to Rs 96.65 per liter and diesel by 11 paise to Rs 89.82 per liter. Petrol in Ghaziabad has been reduced by 32 paise to Rs 96.26 and diesel by 30 paise to Rs 89.45 a liter. Apart from this, the rate of petrol in Patna has fallen by 35 paise to Rs 107.24 a liter and diesel by 32 paise to Rs 94.04 a liter.

If we talk about crude oil, then its prices have changed a lot during the last 24 hours. The price of Brent crude has increased by about two dollars to $ 93.96 per barrel in the last 24 hours, while the rate of WTI has also increased by two dollars to $ 87.73 per barrel.

New rates are released every morning at 6 am
Petrol and diesel prices change every day at 6 am. The new rates are applicable from 6 am onwards. After adding excise duty, dealer commission, VAT and other things to the price of petrol and diesel, its price becomes almost double of the original price. This is the reason why the prices of petrol and diesel appear so high.
