Shiv Sena’s internal discord in Maharashtra has now turned into violence. In many places, Shiv Sena workers attacked the hideouts of the rebel leaders. Meanwhile, Section 144 has come into force in Mumbai to prevent any untoward incident.

Shiv Sena Assam state unit chief Ram Narayan Singh has written a letter to rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde to come back with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
Meanwhile, the Assam units of NCP and Shiv Sena protested outside the Radisson Blu Hotel in Guwahati, Assam.
Later he was removed from the spot. The rebel MLAs of Maharashtra are currently staying in this hotel.
