SP leader Azam Khan has got a big relief from Allahabad High Court. He has been granted bail after a long time. The court has allowed his bail application. For the last two years, the SP leader is lodged in Sitapur Jail.

The case in which Azam Khan’s bail plea has been approved is about wrongful possession of Waqf Board property. The last hearing in this case was held on May 5. The decision was then reserved. But now the SP leader has finally been given relief in this matter. Earlier, he has already been granted bail in 71 cases.

By the way, even after getting this bail, Azam is not going to come out of jail. A few days back, BJP leader Akash Saksena had lodged a complaint against him. It was alleged that Azam Khan had obtained recognition by getting the certificate of the building of Rampur Public School forged. Now the same case has not yet been heard in the court and Azam Khan’s time to come out of jail is getting longer.

Now for information, let us tell you that hearing in this new case is going to be held on May 19 in Rampur Court. In this case, whether they get relief or a setback, everyone’s eyes will be on it. If this case also drags on like the previous cases, then even after two years, Azam Khan will not be able to come out of Sitapur Jail. Although Azam Khan’s jail journey is definitely getting longer, but his son Abdullah Azam Khan got a chance to come out of Sitapur District Jail after 23 months in January this year. He was then granted bail in 43 cases.

By the way, the bail of Azam Khan has become a political issue in itself. There is a ruckus within the SP regarding his bail. Azam Khan’s media advisor Fasahat Ali has made a big allegation on Akhilesh Yadav. He claimed that the SP chief does not want Azam Khan to come out of jail. Because of this many Muslim leaders have left the SP.
