On Friday, CM Dhami reached Shri Badrinath and inspected the works conducted under the master plan. He directed the officers to expedite the works carried out under the master plan. Said that the construction works should be completed with quality and timeliness.

During this, the CM did on-site inspection of River Front Development, Arrival Plaza, Beautification of Lakes, Expansion of Hospital, Loop Road and BRO Bypass construction works and expressed satisfaction over the progress of construction works. District Magistrate Himanshu Khurana apprised the CM about the progress of the works conducted in the first phase under the master plan.

Talking to reporters, the CM said that the number of devotees is increasing every year in the four dhams of the state. The government is determined to make the travel of the pilgrims easy. Said that under PM Modi’s dream project, infrastructural development works are being done in Badrinath Dham for the convenience of the pilgrims.

He said that development works will be done in Badrinath Dham with the cooperation of the local people. Under the master plan, construction works like street scaping, queue management, temple and ghat beautification, beautification of ponds, badrish forest, parking facility, road and river front development etc. will be done in a phased manner and facilities for movement of devotees around the Badrinath temple will be ensured. will be made better.

The CM said that infrastructure development is being done in a phased manner under the master plan to develop Badrinath Dham on the lines of PM Modi’s dream project Kedarnath Dham. In which the work of the first phase is going on.


CM reached Badrinath temple and offered special worship to Lord Shri Badrinath and also wished for the prosperity of the country and the state. While interacting with the pilgrims at Badrinath Dham, the Chief Minister also took stock of the travel arrangements.
