HMD Global has been expected to launch three new smartphones this year. Nokia 9.3 Pureview, Nokia 7.3 and Nokia 6.3 are now expected to launch in late Q3 or early Q4.

HMD Global could be on track to launch the new Nokia phones as the testings have already begun. Earlier reports had indicated a launch in August or September. Even if there’s a delay it would be extended to early Q4. This depends on how the Covid-19 situation affects the new Nokia phones, NPU reported. It has been very long since Nokia launched new smartphones and the existing ones are due for an upgrade.

The lineup features the flagship Nokia 9.3 PureView and mid-rangers Nokia 7.3 and Nokia 6.3. Based on leaks and reports, Nokia 9.3 PureView is expected to continue with the penta-camera setup. Among these would be a 108-megapixel primary camera. Nokia 9.3 PureView is also said to feature a 120Hz display, and it could be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 processor.

The Nokia 7.3 will most likely come with Zeiss optics for its quad-camera setup. Reports suggest either a 48-megapixel or a 64-megapixel primary sensor. This would be accompanied by an ultra-wide angle lens, a depth sensor and a macro lens. Nokia 7.3 is rumoured to sport either a 24-megapixel or a 32-megapixel camera for selfies.

As for the Nokia 6.3, the smartphone has also been leaked with possibilities of a Snapdragon 730 processor. But previous reports have suggested Snapdragon 670 or Snapdragon 675 for the Nokia 6.3. This Nokia phone is also said to house a quad camera setup with a 24-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a macro lens. More details on the Nokia 6.3 include 3GB of RAM with 64GB of storage and it could be priced around 20,600.
