Looks like some Android 11 users are facing issues on their handsets as some elements on the screen are blocking the content. It has been reported that notification bar, navigation bar and other such elements block the app content running behind. This issue is specially seen when the users opt for full screen mode for apps. As a result, gameplay and other content gets blocked and difficult to play. As reported by Phonearena, this issue cropped up in one of the Android 11 beta versions before but Google didn’t pay enough attention to it as it wasn’t able to replicate it.

However, more than a month after the final version rolls out, the users have started facing this problem again so it only makes sense for Google to take a look again on this. The report hasn’t mentioned anything about the device on which users are facing this bug. But it does say that resetting the handset doesn’t help and sometime reopening the app also solves the problem.

Google previously classified this problem as a product feature issue, not a developer feature issue. It is still not known how widespread this issue is though.

The last major OS rollout done by Google was the Android 11 for Android TV. The new OS version is touted for performance and privacy improvements in addition to new features. On the features front, you get the support for Auto Low Latency Mode, and low latency media decoding. Along with gamepad support, Android TV 11has a silent boot mode for system updates, inactivity prompts, and OEM configurable wake keys.
