The new education policy will be implemented in Uttarakhand from today. Similarly, Uttarakhand will become the first state in the country to implement the new education policy. Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat told that under this the classes will start from pre-primary itself.
The department has named the pre-primary classes as Bal Vatika. In the Directorate General of Education, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami will launch the New Education Policy (NEP) by inaugurating Bal Vatikas.
The Education Minister said that in the first phase, operation of children’s gardens will start in five thousand Anganwadi centers running in primary schools.
