Terrorists on Wednesday attacked a naka party of security forces in the Imamsahib area of Jammu and Kashmir's Shopian district. However, no injuries have been reported in the incident. Security forces have killed six terrorists in two ongoing gun battles in south Kashmir’s Pulwama and Shopian districts, police and defence officials said on Friday. Four terrorists were killed in an encounter with the security forces in Pinjora area of Shopian district of Jammu-Kashmir on Monday morning, police said. Three soldiers have also been injured in the encounter, according to sources. Security forces had launched a cordon-and-search operation after receiving specific information about the presence of militants in the area, news agency PTI reported quoting a police official.
