Sakshi Kathait of Bachhansyu Bangoli village of Agastyamuni development block of Rudraprayag district has made the entire district proud.
It is your responsibility to inform Sakshi that she has been selected for Uttarakhand’s Under-19 women’s cricket team camp. Currently, Sakshi is practicing with other players in the Kashipur camp.
Sakshi Kathait’s younger brother Priyashun Kathait has also been selected for Uttarakhand’s U-19 team and he is currently playing in Mumbai. Both siblings want to make it big in the cricket world.
Sakshi Kathait got involved in sports as a child and began practicing a lot for her future career in cricket. After passing the 12th grade from Rudraprayag, she registered with the Cricket Association in Dehradun and practiced steadily.
As a result, she was selected for the Uttarakhand Under 19 Women’s Cricket Cap. Sakshi Kathait has been selected for the team on the basis of batting and wicket keeping.
