Decision has been taken to increase toll tax on Yamuna Expressway. The new rates will be applicable on toll from tomorrow. However, two wheeler drivers and tractors of farmers have been given relief from this. The new rate for cars, jeeps and vans has been made at Rs 2.65 per kilometer. The rate of light commercial vehicle, light goods or minibus has been increased from Rs 3.90 per km to Rs 4.15 per km and that of bus or truck to Rs 8.45 per km.

Like every month, the price of LPG cylinder may change from the first of September also. On September 1, 2022, oil marketing companies can revise the price of LPG cylinder and commercial gas cylinder. If the prices are increased, then its burden on the pockets of the people will increase.
